TWIG (Timber, Wood & Iron Group) is a consulting and project support group that connects people, projects, and ideas across the full spectrum from the forest to the built environment.

After many years of experience, successful builds and even more that never materialized, we identified repeated roadblocks within the mass timber industry. No single line connected the required elements. From the forest to a mass timber building, we identified gaps the industry needed to resolve. So, TWIG begins.

Coordinating expertise across several disciplines is critical to successful project outcomes. Projects often stall or fail to progress because the right expertise is not aligned. TWIG provides the leadership and expertise to guide projects and ensure they advance in a timely manner, from an initial broad and often vaguely defined scope to a more clearly defined planning stage.

We have established trusted relationships with a broad array of professionals, including builders, engineers, fabricators, designers, and other industry professionals. We do not manufacture, sell, or provide products or services.

Our role is to connect the right people to the right work to achieve clarity, operate efficiently, and gain momentum.

We know the challenges of the mass timber industry. We aim to enable its better and more widespread use.

At our core, Timber, Wood, & Iron Group connects people, ideas, and projects to deliver more successful outcomes. We integrate timber and wood with iron to create better built environments.
